The partners of the ENhANCE project gathered on the 2nd and 3rd of July 2018, in Figueira da Foz, in Portugal to discuss the current role of community nurses in the European Union.
The role of Family and Community Nurses (FCN) is in constant evolution, particularly in the fields of health promotion, disease prevention, disease disclosure and support, long-term rehabilitation and management of chronic diseases.
The aim of the ENhANCE project is to bridge the gap between Family and Community Nurse curricula and reality by developing a European curriculum in order to guarantee the FCN competences.
